A Personal Journey to the Law
Allan K. Salinas was born in Peru, and his own immigration story began with hardship: he faced numerous challenges both before and after moving to the United States at the age of twelve, including family separation before he was reunited with his parents. That experience, combined with his steadfast advocacy for immigrant youth as a UCLA student, guided him toward his career as an immigration attorney.
A Practice Built on Understanding
Today, Allan brings that same lived understanding into every case, assisting immigrant families, individuals, and family-owned businesses by clarifying the laws and regulations that affect them so they leave better informed than when they first walked through his door. His goal is to advocate for and educate his clients so they understand the issues unique to their situations — a mission with particular meaning for the Spanish-speaking families and small, family-owned rental property owners he serves, many of whom navigate both an unfamiliar language and an unfamiliar legal system. Having once stood in a similar place himself, Allan is committed to bridging both gaps, in English and en español.
